Terms of Use
Version: 2026-10-18-public-1. These terms apply to Westnedge Motor Social. Dwight Anderson operates the club as an individual. M20R1 LLC provides and maintains the software. Contact complaints@m20r1.com about these terms, privacy or content concerns.
Using the community
You must be at least 16 to create an account or contribute. You confirm your age when joining; this is an age declaration, not independent age verification. Obtain any parent or guardian permission required by law. Venue entry and event participation can have additional rules and age limits. Creating an account does not grant venue access, confirm a reservation or guarantee an event will occur.
Use accurate account information, protect your passphrase and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share another person’s private information, impersonate someone, bypass access controls, attack the service or interfere with its operation. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. You can change your passphrase and sign out other sessions from your account.
Events, directions and community information
Read each event’s current status, schedule, rules and source before travelling. An advertised listing, archive, RSVP, gallery or check-in does not prove that an event took place or that a person attended. Weather, maps and third-party information can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. A venue reference point is not a confirmed entrance or authorized parking area. Follow the organizer’s instructions, venue rules and applicable law. Do not use this service to arrange or encourage dangerous driving or unlawful activity.
Your content and permission to operate the service
You retain ownership of your photos, videos, captions, comments and other contributions. Submit only content you own or are authorized to share, including music and any legally required permission from people depicted. Do not claim ownership of another person’s work. You must separately confirm upload permission when posting a file.
You grant Dwight Anderson and M20R1 LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license only to store, back up, reproduce, reformat, process, transmit and display your contributions to their intended audience as needed to operate, secure, moderate and support this service. This includes technical changes such as resizing, video conversion, thumbnails and removal of file metadata. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising, resale of your content or general AI-model training.
The display license ends when your contribution is removed from its intended service audience. Limited copies may remain only for the backup, security, complaint-handling and legal-preservation purposes described in the Privacy Notice. Public content can be copied or shared by other people; removing it from this service cannot remove their copies. Premium access restricts who can retrieve content through this service, but cannot prevent an authorized viewer from copying what they can see.
Respectful participation and moderation
Do not submit unlawful material, threats, harassment, nonconsensual intimate imagery, privacy violations, sexual exploitation, infringement, spam or malicious files. We may restrict, hide or remove content and suspend access when needed to enforce these terms, address a complaint, protect people or comply with law. Technical file checks do not mean that a contribution has been reviewed or endorsed by a person.
Use Report content to identify a concerning post, including intimate images shared without consent, privacy concerns or copyright issues. People without an account can report. General reports can include optional reply contact. Do not attach intimate images, passwords or sensitive identity documents. For a statutory intimate-image removal request, provide a link and enough information to locate the material, your physical or electronic signature (a typed signature can go in the Details field), a good-faith statement that publication was without consent, and contact information sufficient to reach you. State whether you are the affected person or an authorized representative. We assess requests and take action required by applicable law, including removal of known identical copies where required. A report reference identifies your submission; it is not a promise that a particular action has already occurred. For other page content or help using the form, email complaints@m20r1.com.
Visibility, sharing and optional features
Community posts are public when published. Publishing a standalone build profile is a separate, voluntary choice. Sharing opens your device’s share options or copies a link; the service does not automatically post to your social accounts. A check-in is voluntary and self-reported, and sharing it uses the event link, not your GPS coordinates. Saved meets and display/map preferences stay in the browser where you save them. Optional device location is used in page memory for a distance estimate; continuous location tracking is not provided.
Removal and privacy requests
Use the available account controls to remove your published contributions, likes and check-ins, unpublish your build profile and revoke sessions. If a contribution or event is no longer accessible, contact us for help removing the associated record. To request account deletion, access, correction or other privacy assistance, contact complaints@m20r1.com. We may need to verify that you control the account or are authorized to make the request. Do not send your passphrase. The Privacy Notice explains retained records and backup limits.
Responsibilities and limits
M20R1 LLC supplies software; that role does not make it the event organizer, venue operator, owner of member content or guarantor of another person’s conduct. You remain responsible for your conduct and for content you knowingly submit without the necessary rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party information. We do not guarantee attendance, safety, social reach or commercial results.
Where lawful, you agree to reimburse the operator and M20R1 LLC for third-party claims directly caused by your knowing infringement, unlawful submissions or intentional misuse of the service. This does not cover their own negligent or unlawful conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits nonwaivable rights or duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. These terms do not create blanket immunity or waive a person’s right to report harm.
Changes
We identify the applicable terms and privacy versions when you join. If a material agreement changes, the service will require you to review and accept the current version before contributing again. Your acceptance is recorded with the exact agreement version and text. Reading public pages and removing your existing contributions do not require you to accept a new content license.
